From February 2023 Moyo Academy is Proud to announce that we will be aiming to become a STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) University Feeder School.
In the next 5 years we aim to become the best STEM school for girls in Malawi. This is in Line with UNDG (United Nations Development Goals) and especially Numbers 4 Quality Education and 5 Gender Equality.

Moyo Academy opened in January 2021. Moyo Academy’s initial intake is forms 1, 2, 3 and 4 We will be teaching initially to the MANEB curriculum.
Moyo Academy is a purpose built Secondary School for 140 girl boarders aged 11-18.
We believe the key to success in education is inspiring young minds by providing an exciting, challenging and supportive school environment.
As well as delivering the core curriculum Moyo Academy will specialise in STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) and Become a University Feeder School.
We will offer a disciplined, secure and scholarly environment with proper and innovative teaching methods.
We will provide a wide range of extra-curricular and enriching learning opportunities, which means that we can develop the skills, talents and potential of the whole person. We will regularly offer Teaching from visiting UK based Teaching Professionals.
Moyo Academy is a non profit Set in 60 Acres of beautiful land close to the shore of Lake Malawi in NkhotaKota.
